1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • The return request must be initiated within the specified return timeframe

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for the next steps


3. Refund Process & Timing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit


4. Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items in case of size issues, defects, or if you received the wrong product

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for quick resolution

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  • Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to our fault)

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind): Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
