After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided
5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Non-Returnable Items
